Objective :

To bring professionalism in the field of valuation :-

            • By introducing valuation courses in as many universities as possible in India.
            • To provide training programmes.
            • To get Valuers Act enacted / Established Central Valuation Board

The objectives have been partially achieved, as the Centre has been successful in: -

Getting introduced Full-time Residential Courses in 1994 in Sardar Patel
University(SPU) (a recognized university established under Sardar Patel University Act,1955) at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat and Under Distance learning / Correspondence courses in 2006 to the degrees:

- Master of Valuation(Real Estate)
- Master of Valuation(Plant and Machinery)

And Under Distance learning / Correspondence courses in 2008 in Shivaji
University to the degree:
- Master of Valuation(Real Estate)

* So far as courses in real estate discipline are concerned – they are only in India; whereas courses on Plant and Machinery are concerned they are only in the entire world.
* Helping ISTAR, SPU, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Shivaji University absolutely in Hon’y capacity in providing following training programmes / organising conferences on valuation:
